Janitorial Services, our Customers expect us to provide a clean and safe
environment for their employees and visitors day in and day out. To do this,
Urban provides the management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment
and supplies to clean your facility. We also plan, schedule, coordinate
and ensure that complete and economical Janitorial Services are provided
for your facility.
Urban’s systematic approach to handling all
your Custodial needs includes:
- Establishing a Custodial Plan
that contains specific cleaning guidelines customized to fit our Customer’s
needs and facility. The Custodial Plan details the cleaning protocol and
procedures used for cleaning all areas, and lays out the schedule for
cleaning items such as carpets, stripping and waxing floors, window and
blind washing, marble polishing and refinishing, power washing, etc. The
Custodial Plan also includes procedures for handling pest management services;
refuse removal; and recycling services.
- Establishing Quality Control
Inspection procedures that include both routine and surprise inspections
of work done by our employees; and if any deficiencies are found during
our Quality Control Inspections, we implement immediate corrective action.
- Using Quarterly Customer and
Tenant Satisfaction Surveys to have our Customers rate our performance.
This helps us monitor and ensure that we are consistently exceeding our
Customer’s cleaning expectations.
